Our community is a collaborative one, and we feel lucky to have tons of interesting members here, plugging away, doing big things. If you see someone you want to chat with, introduce yourself!

… But also, respect thy neighbor.

In order for our community to thrive, it’s important that we protect the integrity of the co-working environment within our spaces. We ask that you remain conscious of the ways your habits and actions have the potential to affect those around you. Kindly be mindful of your volume, make it a practice to use headphones while on calls, and please use only as much space as you need to work comfortably.

Leave your space cleaner than you found it!

Used dishes go in the bins, trash in the trash can, and recycling in the recycling container. 

We need you as much as you need the space! 

If something needs to be filled, cleaned, fixed, or changed, we ask that you please inform a Community Manager, restaurant employee, or Kettle Concierge. We try to do our best and your feedback helps us to be even better. Never hesitate to reach out.

The Workspace

The main workspace is located all the way in the back at their private dining room. Eat, work, smile, and be happy!

Directions

You can enter the workspace by going through the front entrance and following the signs, walking straight until you reach the dining area with couches, then turning right into the back private room.

Hours of Operation

KettleSpace @ Sarabeth’s Tribeca runs from 8:00AM - 8:00PM, Monday through Friday

Internet & Power

Connect to “KettleSpace Wifi” and consult the Wifi Connection Guide on the reverse side of the menu (please ask the staff for the FAQ).

Power outlets are all around the space. If you don’t see one, kindly inform a staff member.

Restrooms

Restrooms are located at the back of the restaurant.

Making Calls

The back door area is currently not available for making calls. If you need to take a call, please be mindful of your noise level inside or step outside to handle calls. Being respectful of the shared space is key to making everyone’s coworking experience great.

Food & Beverage

There is no outside food allowed at this location. However, KettleSpace members will have access to free snacks, teas, and coffee provided by the space. You can also order food directly from our exclusive KettleSpace menu for a discounted price during breakfast, lunch, and dinner hours.
